What formats can be converted?
- Videotapes: VHS, S-VHS, VHS-C, Betamax, Betacam, Betacam SP, Betacam SX. Digital Betacam, Umatic, DVCAM, DVCPRO, Hi-8, MiniDV, Mini DVD, SD Card, Cell phone videos.
- Film: 8mm, and Super-8mm.
- Photos/Slides: Up to 8” x 10” print (photos & documents), negatives & 35mm slides
- Audio: Audio and Micro Cassettes, 78, 33 & 45 records
Can I ship my items to you?
At this time we are only taking orders from local residents located within the Shelby County Ohio region. We can pickup your items from your house and deliver them when the project is completed.
What if my item is very low quality?
I'll contact you if the quality of an item is too poor to convert. You won't be charged for any items that I can't convert.
How will I receive my converted files?
I'll put your files on a USB stick provided by you or you can purchase a USB stick from me. I can also transfer your files to your phone.
When do I pay?
Payment is required after your project is completed. I'll deliver your files in good faith that you will pay:)
Is there a discount for bulk orders?
Our pricing is set at an industry-low rate but I will work with you on large projects. I'm sure we can come to an agreement after discussing your project.
